Abstract

 

 

 

Neoplastic diseases of the salivary glands comprise approximately 3% of head and neck tumors and most of these are located in the parotid gland. Since most of these tumors are benign; one of the malignant tumors, lymphomas, are extremely rare. In this report we discussed a case who represented with a complaint of mass in the parotid region and whose diagnosis was monocytic B cell lymphoma developed in myoepithelial sialadenitis that was confirmed by histopathological examinaton following the operation.
